Refund policy

Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items due to a change of mind. If you decide you no longer want the product, unfortunately we cannot process a return or refund.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Requirements
To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, include all original tags, and be returned in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@everwellofficial.com. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address and further instructions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll issue you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
